what would this mean? are there any CPU ISAs with a GPU integrated into the ISA instead of just a peripheral?

it doesn't have to be 'technically' integrated, it could be something buisness-y like "licences now cost 2x, but you also get a licence for some nvidia stuff you didn't really need"
