You have many responses to your initial statement, most of which explain why your simplistic comparison of Vietnam Vs USA is not valid, but you have replied to the one commenter who confirms your own opinion. I hope you read the other responses and understand why I am calling you out on this.
When I made that comment there were not many other replies yet. However I still remain unconvinced that this is not just another product of American hype media.
