I'm all for banning grubhub, ubereats, postmates, and doordash. If people want to order take out, let them get off their lazy ass, come down and pick up their own order.

Some people order delivery because they don't have transportation. Others order delivery because they are handicapped and, for example, in snowy, icy weather, their wheelchair plus snow and ice and so forth mean going somewhere is not very feasible at times.

I mostly get takeout and pick it up myself. I think these delivery services are generally a bad idea, but some people getting delivery aren't simply "lazy ass" people.

I have a brain tumor that gives me seizures, meaning I'm unable to drive anymore. But sure, you're right- maybe if I wish real hard and pull myself up by my bootstraps, that will solve the problem.

It really blows my mind that you're not able to even consider the idea that your situation isn't universal. Good grief.

Would you apply this to all convenience based services you use?
