Why not import all those consts from net/http?

At least with Go 1.14 (what I got with Ubuntu 20.04) importing net/http could add another 4.7MB to the binary size.

This might've been fixed in Go 1.15 though - see https://twitter.com/bradfitz/status/1256348714198654976.
