A lot of companies tend to forget interviews are two-way processes, it's as much about them getting to know you, and you getting to know them.
Especially in tech, where you often need to do take-home test; I've seen so many companies not giving feedback on that test. To the point where it seems irrelevant to even do it.
If I don't get feedback on a technical test, through email or a follow-up interview, it's instantly a red flag. The company didn't respect the time I put into it, and I don't see how it will become any better when actually working there.
