First piece of feedback, don't suggest somebody use a work email and company name on a Trello alternative right after this debacle happened.

I'd say don't require it, and it's not required in this case. In the context of the tool, it does make sense to suggest it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will consider removing it. KanRails wants to be a B2B tool, not another Trello. It was just a recommendation.
