That's totally fair and you're not alone there. Many people want a "single pane of glass" — one solution that supports both Windows and macOS equally well, but unfortunately it doesn't exist. You're better off going with separate "best of breed" solutions for each platform, or you're bound to be disappointed imo.
I guess that depends a bit on whether your "single pane of glass" is a SOC2 type 2 sales tool, or a real part of your security stance. (I don't _like_ that the first of those options is valuable in some cases, but I do acknowledge it...)
