Agreed -- what kind of psychopath overrides default scroll behavior?

I quit reading it because of the scroll behavior.

I couldn't read the first sentence because I wanted to zoom in a little.

Does anyone know of a way to prevent scroll-jacking everywhere? I can't stand it when I run across it and it seems to be infesting more and more sites.
