that sounds like a slippery slope. this is the first political topic i've seen in a while, and it's about a fairly significant milestone. i think people know this isn't a general news site

You may be right, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.

(Being a non-American who's absolutely sick of the 24/7/365/∞ circus you guys call "politics" has probably affected my opinion somewhat)
