I'm working on a platform that allows users to view events in relation to their assets.

One common request is automation with other tools. e.g. when an event is created, raise an issue in the customer's JIRA. If the event is resolved, close the JIRA ticket.

We don't want to build custom integrations for each tools if we can avoid but we also don't think it's as simple as building a zapier integration since customers do want to do some configuration within our platform.

Ideally, customers would be able to setup the integration from our platform (with the only step being to potentially connect to their zapier / iftt account).

Was wondering if there is any tool that is suitable for such a workflow and if you'd recommend zapier, iftt or something else entirely?
