how do you match? the first match i got doesn't make sense. i wrote:

can help with software development, managing developers, qualifying tech job candidates, mentoring developers, training programmers

and then i get a match that says:

Can help with: Product Design

Needs help with: B2B Marketing

that's not a match at all.
