You
may
be able to deduct the payments as either an education expense or an unreimbursed job expense, but I haven't dug into the tax code to find out for sure. I'll be the LS people know though. :)

Unfortunately you can't deduct the payments. There is some potential legislation around that, but it hasn't been pushed through yet.
