Tesla have investigated this a bit.

It appears that it's for some of the same reasons why people don't want to just swap their car - when you have a large asset that can be in a variable condition, you don't really want to be swapping it for another one randomly.




They should track the rating of your personal battery management better. This is just an information sharing problem.


Is the sort of assertion you can make, but need to test with customers. Tesla did test with customers and it didn't hold up.
