I'm sure FB has the technical ability to automatically detect dick pics with IR. They should let that in, blurry it and flag it.

Then you decide what to do with it, like blocking the sender.... or share the picture to his own wall :)

Maybe the'll weed themselves out if the feature is not there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
