Imagine you've got a consulting engagement to build a fairly standard web application, and it turns out your client isn't staffed properly to stand up, configure and manage production infrastructure. Assume you're comfortable with Docker, and would like to focus on building the app, not taking ownership of "devOps"-type tasks, rather to limit the scope of deliverables to docker repos/containers/images. What guidance would you give the client in terms of infrastructure / deployment and production concerns? Beyond "tell the client they need to hire ops expertise", that is. :) Thanks in advance for your input!
