Maybe I ought to take another look at I2P. One thing that I don't like about it is how every user is a router. And every router is typically discoverable by every other router. That makes users stand out a lot more than Tor users do. Basically as much as Tor relays do. And then there's the scarcity of clearnet exits. And indeed, discrimination against them as bandwidth stealers.
