This works both ways.

I have looked at other people's code and screamed, "Who wrote this &%*$^#?!?!?"

Unfortunately, half the time it's my own.



What is your github address?



I think that means that all code you expose to the public should have the date it was created and last modified preferably in the files themselves. If your later code is better than the earlier code, it shows you're learning to program better.
