There are more male programmers than female NOW* but that wasn't the case 50 years ago.

Systematic discrimination has been proven as fact, with palpable examples (I shouldnt have to google this for you).

The 'genetic differences' that this memo quoted have been proven wrong by science... making it psuedo-science.
