How Did Anyone Do Math in Roman Numerals?
You'd think you could just collect all the numbers and then translate, i.e. if I add some things and get XXVVVVVIIIIIIIIIII, I know that's XXVVVVVVVI = XXXXXVI = LVI.
The problem is IV isn't 6, it's 4.
