I love these ideas because - apart from the railgun one - the far-fetched part isn't even whether those things are possible, it's just whether anyone would want to. The Twitter nukes one wouldn't even have to ruin trust in the platform that badly. They could say the president's account got hacked. Hell, blame the hack on China if you're already trying to start a war there.
