Intellij with PHP and Python plugins has saved me ~200 hours in 3 years (very conservatively assuming 15m a day 5 days a week 52 weeks a year).

I suspect in terms of lost time I didn't have to spend debugging and other stuff it's probably 3-4 times that minimum.
