The target is not the US domestic market, but developing areas that have no resources for electronic health records. I have seen this being implemented places where the traditional software would be cost prohibitive. Good for humanity. Please contribute patches!

It would be pretty amazing if anything looks similar to Epic. Maybe the login screen? ;)
