I'm one of the Stream engineering managers. Our team also operates Azure Media Services (AMS) and Office 365 Video. Stream is built on AMS.

Awesome stuff! I'm a fan of AMS and I was excited to hear about Stream and had a hunch that it was AMS. Looking forward to trialing it!
