Only if the class system is based on statistics. It isn't. What class someone is in is defined by their values, beliefs, assets, etc. It's possible for everyone to be in one class.

Note that "lower class" isn't a thing. It's called "working class". That doesn't fit in your model.




There's also a sub-working class, that is lower class, but doesn't or isn't able to work.
