If you have a pulse, you can probably get through their initial phone screen and they will pay to fly you out to Seattle for a day of interviews. You typically won't have a lot of time to see the city, but you can roll the dice and "miss" your return flight and try to get a standby booking which might buy you a few hours or an overnight - which you can then book a hotel on your dime.
