I definitely evolved from "The Hermit" into what I am currently, some form of "Smartest in the Room"(I don't think I'm smarter, I just tend to think the way I came up with is best).
Being a developer is a process! I'm incredibly interested when we stop pretending that everyone's a "rockstar" or whatever, and start talking about the problems that come up, and how to work through them. I'm only just now coming to the realization within the last few weeks that I need to be more open to alternative and intermediate solutions that aren't perfect, but solve the problem for the time being.
