The ACM has a code of ethics that I like a lot: http://www.acm.org/about/code-of-ethics/ Nothing is stopping you from just affirming yourself to live by them without paying the dues, if you want.

Alternately you can affirm the "never compromise cryptography" code of ethics, which I just made up and which is exactly what the name says.
