goldcountry, when you get a chance, could you spend a couple minutes thinking about what qualities you would look for in new engineers we'd want to bring to the team, especially the intangibles, like a sense of humor, or obsessed with code execution speed, etc.?
If you could compile it into an email that would be perfect. I'm prepping for this meeting with [our recruiter] tomorrow, and want to make sure I've gotten your thoughts before I do that"
I'm a bit unsure of what to say here - what would you look for in an engineering hire?
