To help poor countries I was working on Arduino Nano (3$ computer) with a 2" OLED monochrome display (very very little energy required, especially if you show pixels only 1/10th of a time and use eye remanence). I don't have time to make it through, but maybe someone will be interested. It has low CPU but you can stream any kind of data through USB serial.

If you allow me, about such animated pictures, you should be interested in my pet project -- 1000x animated(!) fantasy avatar faces. 100% AI-Generated. Check it out, it's free and beautiful, it feels like next-gen.

https://www.cgtrader.com/free-3d-models/character/fantasy/3d...

I made it shamelessly with https://www.fantasy-faces.com/ for the GAN and myheritage.fr for animation -- it was still a lot of work to select 1000 of the most beautiful.

Ultimately, I did it for the lulz...

Plan the day, and plan objectives. Write it all down. It's not a silver bullet, but it works for me, it helps even more than Ritalin/Adderall. On the other hand, I have no advice for self-esteem issues. I guess I am more confident about my intelligence since I passed an officiel IQ test. It's not trendy to discuss IQ, but it was for me the most scientific way to address constant self-esteem struggles. I may be aloof and weird and stuff, but at least I guess I have something going for me, and which means I should be more assertive.

I would argue that there is one consciousness, which is split into differing perspectives. I call that the multi-perspective being. This solves the teleport paradox (if you clone someone then where is the consciousness). The consciousness is everywhere, but split into differing perspectives.

Or you can revive your whole family and friends, and enjoy heaven.. Is the glass half empty or half full?

You don't have to be so cynical, because some people might have deep-down issues, and the posturing is a way to hide it. They just want to be liked, and so they "cheat", and that's why they are biologically "punchable". Cheating is punished.

Some people criticize Biden's charisma, but it goes to show that Americans have grown beyond the "popularity contest" that elections tend to be. They elected someone for what he stands for. This does not look like much, but it should be inspiring.

I don't believe in the home-row obsession. I use 4 fingers to the left, and 3 to the right, and I believe it is better because I am more flexible. I can get up and type from above with the same level of accuracy, whereas it is a pain to remain above the home-row if you're not in the standard position. I type at 100 WPM, it's not that much, but I learned home-row typing until I was at 100 WPM, and I gave up on it, because once again it is less flexible.

"If you're not planning, you're planning to fail." Benjamin Franklin

This is what got me from a slump to a very productive, accomplished man. I plan every 15min of my mornings (Elon Musk plans every 5min!), then freestyle afternoon because that suffices me. You should write your tasks as Daily on Google Calendar then you can Sync with Samsung Galaxy Watch (because yes, it is so amazing that it is time to grab a smartwatch!) and display the list of tasks for the morning. Just a tip. Planning.

I always heard it as "if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail", which has a nice ring to it.

We lost something. At the beginning of internet, I remember, there were this kind of lists, with many links to interesting webpages, or quirky stuff. Surely you know what I mean, it was usual to see along smart blogs, this kind of list of gorgeous references, and it was amazing.

Maybe I'm missing something, but nowadays the internet seems "diluted", there is more noise than information, and it's full of common sense, low-value content (like Wikihow, I'm sorry to say). Google Search is a bit responsible, they rank at the top superficial stuff, and we lost trace of this kind of juicy content.

If someone has more links like this one, I'd be happy to read about it.
