* I have no problem coming up with deadlines and communicating with the business. As a fundamental rule, I am always transparent and honest about my work. Need me to break down tasks, assign them out, and play project manager? I can do that, too!
* I love mentoring and helping others. Any developers under my wing will learn everything I know. I've worked at IBM, multiple staffing firms, and other small shops so I've seen it all! I am a very kind and bubbly person, so any developer will always feel safe to ask me questions and learn.
