Is there a shortcut key to create a new note or open a note (if one exists for the current document)?

Not yet but coming up

It's at the end of this page, as exceptions to Butterick’s argument that most free fonts are not very good: http://practicaltypography.com/bad-fonts.html

I have two invites.

edit: all gone

Can I get one?

tyler \dot/ brock (at) gmail dot com

Forever indebted.

Ah man... it says it was already used because I checked it on my phone. :-(

[Edited out my email] Thanks!

Sent. All out now.

If you still have one, maxwellpalmer@gmail.com.

Thanks!

I invited you.

One left.

Thank you

How is this game different from Quarto [1]?

[1] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quarto_(board_game)

It's not :) It is an app version of the same game. You're the first person who has made that connection in months of beta testing and showing people the app. I'm sure other people will recognize it as well, but I don't think it's as recognizable as was, say, Words With Friends was an app version of Scrabble.

Quarto is a great game, and I think it's well suited for an app like this where you can take your time thinking about your turn. However, it would be nice to give the game designer some credit.

That's true. I'll add some credit to the app and website on the next rev.

Well, the first person that commented on it anyway. I made the connection as well. :-)

I like your design, but I think you need some copy on privacy and data security. For physician access, how do you handle HIPAA compliance? It would be good to mention this on the front page, at least under the "For Physicians" section.

Your description of research as "pebbles" reminds me of this representation of PhD research (posted on HN a couple years ago). I like how it captures the idea of pushing out the boundaries of what we know just a tiny bit at a time.

Thanks for posting this. His comment immediately reminded me of this and I was about to try to find this exact page.

This book provides a great introduction to game theory. What I like best about it is the way that it introduces simple examples in the first chapter, and then expands upon these examples in the following chapters, adding new complications each time.

Is there any way to add a date or deadline to a task? I've been having issues with Wunderlist syncing between devices, but due dates are key.

I agree that this is confusing. Maybe two different fields: 1) estimate of how long this will take 2) deadline

I can see many projects that are just a day or two of work, but where the company doesn't need it for a week.

I think that's an interesting idea. I agree that it's probably a bit confusing/off-putting as it stands now.
