I think those Flickr albums are the write-up for how to make a Fotoopa.

0-2000 in a population of 3.6 million does not seem unreasonable to me.

Sure, but you are neither a doctor nor an infectious medicine specialist.

Its trained doctors and researchers who get to decide quality of medical evidence. There is a reason why we have detailed set of protocols and levels used for assessment of evidence.

Where I live, the ambulances are just vans with modifications. I think the smaller-width speedbumps are either for busses or to cut costs.

I've also seen a police cruiser Crown Vic with lights and sirens take some speed "humps" at a surprisingly high rate of speed without issue.

Suppose the ambulance has the same problem the police had.

Not disagreeing with you, but how do we consume the ideas and perspectives of people who don't write books?

My wife and I have been looking at cost of living options in a few areas such as the northern part of Virginia. Here in SC, we both work (no kids) and are able to save up. In Virginia we would be barely scraping by at the same income level. My house in SC is worth <$150k. That would literally purchase a double-wide trailer outside of Charlottesville.
