I'm a Vodafone customer with dynamic IP... And I can't watch Netflix because is says that I'm using a VPN, but I'm not. I noticed that it does work on my LG smart TV, but it doesn't on phone, tablet, pc or Chromecast. Having to watch Netflix with 4G is just painful, slow and expensive.
