If you can take a trip into Punjab, it's breathtaking to take a walk in the morning fog amongst the irrigation canals and fields of crop. If you have any local friends it's a lot of fun to visit places like that which you wouldn't normally visit.

I looked up Russell Crowe but misspelled it Russel Crowe and the page says "Oops, we couldn't find what you were looking for." you should show what my input was so I can google it to correct or have a "did you mean..." function.

Good tip, we'll look into it.

Honest Tea is the name of the smaller company.

It will be on justin.tv

This should definitely be a feature. Also, when somebody posts it scrolls down to the bottom. Sometimes the bottom half of the window showing the chat turns black and blocks out the text in opera on mac.

They really should have covered Opera if it was the only one without extensions, but I don't know how much effort it would have taken, I hope it wasn't out of laziness.

They were huge on Reddit. The old spice guy was doing personalized videos to questions redditors posted.

I remember reading in "The Tipping Point" by Malcolm Gladwell how STDs like HIV can be effectively stopped before they become epidemics. If this antibody can be administered and eliminate a large chunk of people with weaker strains of HIV, then assuming the stronger strains of HIV are in the same geographic area, a strong campaign of eliminating HIV spreading behavior in those areas could really reduce the spread of the disease. But like another poster said we don't know which strains are most prevalent, so it could be that a stronger strain is more widespread.

"a strong campaign of eliminating HIV spreading behavior in those areas could really reduce the spread of the disease."

That's a LOT easier said than done. There's a widely held belief in parts of the world (such as Africa) that having sex with a virgin cleanses one of AIDS. Because of this, child-rape is extremely prevalent in that part of the world. I suppose you could make the case that education is the easier part of solving the AIDS/HIV puzzle, but it's a very large behavioral problem that can not be solved using a scientific approach.

you have a good point but we have no idea which areas are affected by the antibody. If Africa has a majority of strains that are cured, then I'm sure they could stem the spread of the disease in more developed areas. I don't think that belief is widespread outside of africa, or at least I wasn't aware of it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocaine_Cowboys is a good documentary on the drug trade that has an interesting portion on the use of submersibles in the drug trade. That documentary came out in 2006 and it showed how drug runners had already evolved past these vessels by using containers shaped like driftwood logs and attaching them by long ropes to fishing vessels. The driftwood containers had gps trackers on them so when the coastguard came close they would sink them with the rope attached and another ship would pick them up later. I think its available on thepiratebay.

You don't even need GPS trackers on the containers. Just note the GPS location at the time you cut the rope. Have a transponder aboard that listens for a specific signal before it starts transmitting. Such devices would be cheap to make and might be harder to detect than GPS devices which broadcast location signals.
