"if laws are not being enforced, it might be prudent to repeal them."

agree

uh, found several mines :)

sometime I have the feeling having a username that ends with "xx" does not help much :)

super! thank you

and it confirms (from my laptop, of course)

I tried in Usa and Italy, and quad9 there has fast performance, so the issue I experience is probably limited to queries from Germany (so I've updated the title)

Nice. If nothing else that gives a list of alternatives to use in the mean time and a way to tell when one could switch back to Quad9. 1000ms = time out.

used to be 90g when we had 3 courses per meal (primo, secondo, formaggio/frutta)

150g nowadays if y only have one course and are hungry

200g is indeed a lot

RI 3-year upfronts apply 3% (raising up to 9%) to full prepaid in month 1 (with no money back if you cancel support even the month after): this hits budget

omg, this is pretty sad

Why?

a dead end loop, apparently, applying not just to Stack Overflow but all similar content providers:

A. AI became "Intelligent" thanks to Stack Overflow

B. Stack Overflow collapse due to AI

C. AI cannot update/evolve due to lack of Stack Overflow

Who is going to produce mediated and revised ('good') content?

> C. AI cannot update/evolve due to lack of Stack Overflow

> Who is going to produce mediated and revised ('good') content?

This take is ~3 years old and already obsolete. For the past two years RL flavours (RLAIF, RLVR, etc) have been driving the new models.

omg, thanks I did not know (I am obsolete, too :(

Human trainers. There are tens of thousands of people doing it full time for AI companies. Their mode of work isn't much dissimilar from answering SO questions. Just in a closed manner.

did you notice there is nothing from the Vatican about the theocratic regime?

If you are curious on how it looks a website taken down by Italian state apparatus, have a look at

https://phica.eu

(in details: the action was carried out by the Central Directorate for Scientific Police and Cybersecurity within the Department of Public Security, Ministry of the Interior).

The domain resolves (by many DNS, 1.1.1.1 included) to Cloudflare IPs :)

soooo good!
