Including daily disposable contact lenses?

How so?

The medium has been the on the front of culture wars as far as the 80s. I would certainly not count on it as something to take a break from current politics as the others OP have listed. Now, if the club is about making actual animation, as oppose to discuss / critics some shows, it would be a different story. But most anime clubs aren't about that.

I can also attest that Acronis is crap and Macrium software is very high quality. Too bad, though, Reflect Free edition has been discontinued and the paid edition now locks you in a yearly subscription.

To be fair, it doesn't really "lock you in": you're still able to restore your backups indefinitely even if you do not renew, just not take new ones.

And even if you're scared of them removing the ability to restore for free, they released code to handle the new mrimgx format under the MIT license: https://github.com/macrium/mrimgx_file_layout

Hasleo Backup is completely free and is a pretty decent alternative to Macrium. I switched to Hasleo after Macrium went to subscription mode.

Good to know and damn, that sucks. I'm still on 8, and I've felt zero need to move on, so I didn't know they'd done that.

Google is implementing a full Linux VM in Android 16. This is probably how we'll get something similar.

I'm not fond of Amazon either, but I surely hate DRM more, and games from GOG aren't crippled by that.

The demo clip is static and has the Kokoro output encoded as the audio track. It's not Kokoro running and generating it in your browser in real time.

It's probably due to the unusual sound format, 24kHz mono PCM, and the fact that it was somehow forced into a WebM container, which only supports Vorbis and Opus officially.

It looks like the author created it using the "higher quality" ffmpeg command line, except for the "webm" final extension, producing the opposite of what's described as "an MP4 file that's compatible with more devices".

It's mini-LED backlighting, to be pedantic.

I welcome your pedantry. I stand corrected, though I can’t edit the post any longer.

Thanks for the informative comment.

> small mode

I recently noticed that they introduced an option for small icons. Not that it changes much, as the height of the bar stays the same, but hey. Personally I've been fine since they added back the option not to combine buttons unless full.

Since I had to look it up:

-Z, --context: print any security context of each file
