Does anyone know how I would recreate this effect with 2 mp3s acting as 2 radio stations? I have tried fading in samples of static but it doesnt feel the same.

Why do I need to share my 'creator' story online? If they supporters pay cash, how will the system show the cash target being updated?

Order details are discussed between creator and supporter before confirming the order. After the task has been completed, supporter has to confirm it and then the funds are updated. When cash payments are involved, it's about tracking the campaign progress.

SEEKING WORK

I have been refining a platform I have built for some time now and am looking for clients to use it. It could be considered 'GIS in a box'. It consists of a Hasura based GraphQL Postgres and GIS backend, with React in combination with Deck.gl on the front end.

Having worked at many start ups and GIS shops and seen their attempts to build out their platforms, I have seen various mistakes, duplicated effort, incorrect architecture, limited testing environments. My stack solves all of these, and I come with a lot of expertise in how to design a front end to convey the 'data story' your product is trying to tell.

The stack is a CDK based, one click to deploy, multi stage set up. A particularly nice feature is Hasura's database deployment scripts, allowing database changes to be committed. Also out of the box, it allows tight permissioning, performant SQL etc. It has taken me a long long time to get this far and end up with a fully working stack.

Thinking more about the frontend, I have got to a place where I have a large library of abstracted Deck.gl solutions that I have worked on. I am strong React developer, and typically use Ant Design or Mantine for UI, and I have contacts that can help make your app look beautiful very quickly.

I am looking for clients in the GIS space who need a backend and front end out of the box, along with training and development offered. I genuinely feel that my offering here will allow you to focus on solving the business case your start up was for, instead of wasting time on repeating solved problems.

Are there any '1 bit' artists on here looking for work? Ie 1 bit pixel maps/cities or 'dither punk' style.

I require several pieces completed for commission, and am looking for collaborators related to a startup I am working on.

Not an artist but I made a project which purpose was to show maps (OSM, Google) on 1bit displays (low resolution eInk) and of course needed the impression of more than 2 colors to show shading and certain details. I wouldn't call it "dither punk" and am not sure if that's even what you are looking for.

Are the results online somewhere?

Quickly put together three sample frames from the application before sent to the display (1bit bitmaps)

Never really bothered (because not project scope) but in theory should work with any content/image really.

Pixel art is a true art, applying a naive filter or resampling is not gonna look good. Keep in mind the target screen is 200x200

just take whatever image you have in mind and apply a filter?

For those of us living on boats (in the UK, so nothing close to Siberia temperatures) how feasible is solar powered off grid mining, using heat for hot water/heating?

This is very cool, I'd love to uses this in a personal project, will the js code be on github?
