Check out Django Rest Framework - it uses Django’s ORM and adds some really nice features for building a decent sized API

I wonder if the author has looked into using SURF/OTB etc?

Have you looked at https://github.com/dermotte/lire? This plugin for ElasticSearch uses it: https://github.com/kzwang/elasticsearch-image

Looks like it does all kinds of tricks at once -- histograms, SIFT/SURF features and edge patterns. I was looking for a simpler solution, like an effective MVP-tree implementation for perceptual hashes. Wouldn't that be faster and overall better?

Unreadable on Chrome on iOS https://i.imgur.com/j13tqGn.png

Seems they fixed it. (Did a refresh and alls good now)

I find that even noise cancelling headphones don't help drown out nearby conversations - I listen to Apple's Chill radio and use Noizio when I really need to focus.

Noise cancelling headphones don't really drown out conversations. You should get in-ear headphones.

Bose QC25 and QC35 really do though at mid level volume. You see people opening their mouths but you hear no voices.

Agreed. When I have my QC35 on, people always have to tap me on the shoulder when they want to speak to me.

Yes! :) To the point that it sometimes freaks me out because it's totally unexpected since you hear zero noise of someone approaching haha.

You might also consider just using brown noise. I find it very useful.

I throw rain on. If someone's straight yelling it won't help. For just general background convo noise, it works well

A booze bus is a random breath test - the police have labelled busses that they park on the road. I believe if you blow over the limit then you get on the bus and are tested again in 30 minutes.

They look like this: http://www.ranted.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/109890-b...

You can create a post save hook to output .py files - http://jupyter-notebook.readthedocs.io/en/latest/extending/s...

(You used to be able to run ipython notebook --script)

httpbin.org/status/204 works too

> More importantly, transportation is the gateway to the grand prize: housing. When contemplating a smart home, there is nowhere better to start than developing smart rooms on wheels.

Is the author suggesting autonomous smart caravans?

Also a couple of typos: "acceleation" and "sofware’s"

Cheers, corrected!
