Because Android doesn't take security and privacy seriously. No one who is worried about those two things should be using android

This is a cool idea regardless of being simple or complex. Who cares, its cool.

Nice job

Thank you :)

This is good advice. Postings with Java, Ruby, and PHP will almost certainly be a huge mess and will have lots of room for "coasting"

frontend <-> backend, use JWT

users <-> frontend, use OAuth

Can you explain that further. You mean OAuth for signing in users at the frontend?

If your goal is a login, I would say yes. You will have fewer headaches using another IDP like google or something to deal with user auth.

I used to use Arch because of AUR and pacman, rolling distro, and the cool factor but then I switched to Mac OS because of stability, features, and the Apple ecosystem (there is absolutely nothing like it)

I took the same path but package management on OSX makes it seem almost worth going back. Almost.

I agree with this a lot. I feel way less stressed out completely leaving reddit, all news, and so on.

I would speculate law and medicine appeal to people differently than tech.

ON AVERAGE, men and women differ in biological traits and desires. We see this in massively egalitarian societies like in Norway who have huge sex based gaps in employments yet the most effort to be egalitarian. Interesting.

Your speculation is not speculation but actually supported by data from Norway, Sweden, etc.

I made that point earlier but it does not go over well with the gender is social constructionism folks.

Investors only make money when people accept their money... like any other business. It's especially a risk now with VC money basically easier to get than a drink at 7-11

I'm really looking for examples here. Nobody seems to be able to provide me one investor who is left in the lurch over this sort of thing.

No, this is not a thing.

I get 33,900 hits on Google for the phrase "internalized misogyny," so the poster did not coin a phrase.

Sounds like it is, in fact, a thing.

Try searching for unicorn

Unicorns aren't unironically studied at universities and written about in the NYT.

>If it's not, you will have some rational explanation and should be able to point to your history of not being a sexist asshole.

Ah yes, this always works for calming woke mobs
