The way we do things at Gordian is similar in a lot of way to the Big Tech methods but it stands out in a pretty unique way IMO.

The approach is described here https://www.gordiansoftware.com/news/two-weeks-too-slow and in practice it’s even better than anything I was hoping for. I can legitimately say this is the most productive environment I’ve ever seen.

I have always struggled with doing things to a level demanded by nobody. Recently though I decided that I’m going to have a BMW ( the stupider and faster the better…) so I’ve found when I answer the question (“is what I’m doing going to get me towards my goal”)

I definitely fall into some of these patterns; that being said there’s a pretty likely chance of me just buying new clothes

Though there’s always that thought that a situation like this undoubtedly makes for a fantastic viral marketing campaign…

i mean he doesn't seem like he's gonna launch this as a startup so cynically why else would he go to all the trouble?
