I don't get it. What's the motive to create another layered file structure project organization?


In my case, I would gladly WFH 100% as it gives me more free time and also it gives me responsibility on how to manage my own work without having judging eyes all the time over me, also it gives me freedom on how to arrange my workspace.

BUT, company culture must be results oriented because otherwise stress could burn you out!


What protocol is this "channel" thing using behind? Because I went through the documentation and they don't mention anything of it. I can't understand why.

Same here. My company uses open source a lot but will not be asigning any resources on contributing


Yep. To give you an idea of how naive I was right out of college... I asked my company durning the interview if they contributed to open source after they told me some of the tools they use. They told me that they were putting together ideas to start contributing. It's been 8 years and they never have.


Same problem here, it seems like solutions like mixaba, squawk, watercooler might be an option
