This article gave a different look at landfills and was honestly quiet eye opening for me. I had not considered the effects recycling could have if not done correctly, and what benefits landfills have when monitored well.

Awesome concept, great execution. Great thing to stumble on at the beginning of the day!

We tried to compile a comprehensive comparison between fulltext indexes and arangosearch views. It should give a good basis for making proper decisions in what to use where: https://www.arangodb.com/2018/01/milestone-arangodb-3-4-aran...

I'm really curious if anyone has the notification described here that their data was stolen.

(Unfortunately?) I am in the majority with no difference.

Couldn't agree more with the 3D parallel. It seemed this was the hot new piece of tech the last few years that we promised would be improved with future investment.

>You're still tethered to a computer or console via a big cable. A cable that you're definitely going to trip over, fight with or yank out of its ports on a regular basis

This is still one of the biggest flaws. If the VR experience is supposed to be submersive, it is almost impossible to forget you are connected to a computer when tethered to a massive physical "rope".

My opinion for years now is that Spotify will be the Music Provider that will take out most of the competition including Itunes, YouTube Red, or hard copies of CDs. They offer reasonable rates and access to the largest music library. I have no doubt they will continue to be the leading provider of digital music and profitable as well. It surprises me that they are not already profitable. Anyone know why?
