Squeak! [1] The original Scratch was created in Squeak iirc. From the menu select Extras/Themes & Colors/Set EToys Mode. Endless hours of Scratch-like scripting with code blocks. [1] https://squeak.org

https://github.com/croquet/croquet makes all of this dead simple, without the need for any backend code/servers/databases/CRDTs &etc

https://multisynq.io if you want a worldwide reflector network.

If they don’t use CRDTs what will they put on their resume?

Those have to be the most beautiful dice I have yet to see in the browser. Thanks. I am quite jealous. https://chalculator.com/gaas/?world=diceroll

I took July off. ()!_!() Having implemented [2] in [1], a long time goal, the accomplishment of which has made me very happy, I felt the need to step back and take a break, sort out what I want to do with it next. A little bit about the journey can be gleaned from [3].

Not sure if you meant it to, but the link lands in the middle of the post.

Hah. I didn't mean to, and pasted a link to the final section.

If it ever lands on the front page, I hope someone fixes the url

Graffiti

I’ll see your Graffiti and raise you Swype.

Synchronize execution. Not data. https://multisynq.io Synchronization of the data is implicit. NO centralized anything.

multisynq.io Formerly croquet.io. A team Alan Kay project. Dead simple. Synchronized execution, synchronized data comes along for free.

Writing multisynq.io apps in newswpeaklanguage.org. Two game changing technologies now working together. My dream Frankenstein has finally come to life! I (re)implemented my toy application, The Chalculator, to yet another platform (the 7th or 8th maybe?) [1] I added comments to my blog _without any backend whatsoever_ [2] I built a counter app using Newspeak's Hopscotch GUI components to respond to Multisynq (javascipt) subscriptions (the final milestone) [3] 1) https://youtu.be/MPW5L1gj4Dw?si=Lms3odwQElZu_mLu 2) https://youtu.be/8gcCIaXmQjU?si=Qg2XSDu6mIhSAd9d 3) https://youtu.be/2-tZzB8MAX0?si=6nZ1nD6d4isdQd-5
