We made a serverless backend with an API builder based on aws lambda. We have hundreds of production system running on it, so we are pretty happy with serverless :)

If you need an instant Backend (database + api builder) but also a CMS in the cloud you can check our combo:

Cloud Backend: https://cloudbackend.appdrag.com and Cloud CMS: https://appdrag.com

It's a fully serverless solution, nothing to install on your side, you can do everything in the browser directly. and we have a free tier :)

Also we have no lock-in, you can export everything in a ZIP, static files, db backup in mysql format, API source code in your language (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Go, ...)

I have reported as SPAM all the GDPR emails i got from unknown companies, i never asked to receive all this shit (250 GDPR messages just this week)

A lot of registrars include privacy for free.

Love this. Thanks will share it :)

I'm really happy with T2 instances, and T2 Unlimited have solved the issue described in this article!

Howdy appdrag.

I've added a note about T2 unlimited to my article, I will likely be writing up another article in the near future explaining T2 Unlimited concepts.

Thanks for the note!

RIP ipv4 :p And ipv6 is still nearly nowhere...

Google says >30% of USA usage is over IPv6. https://www.google.com/intl/en/ipv6/statistics.html#tab=per-... Akamai says 40%. https://www.akamai.com/uk/en/about/our-thinking/state-of-the... But it shows a huge jump in May last year, not sure what that's about.

Most countries have a small number of dominant telecom providers. When they adopt IPv6, you'd normally see a very big jump in a short amount of time.

Sure, but that doesn't explain why they show the USA jumping from 27.7% to 38.7% in one day (5/24 to 5/25) when Google's numbers don't show a similar rise.

You see the same jump at the same time in some other countries, such as Norway and Canada. I would guess that's down to a measurement adjustment on the part of Akamai, enabling them to see more adoption that they had been missing.

You might be using IPv6 and not even know it (if you have a smart phone or residential internet access, chances are that you already are using it). And that's how it supposed to be, it would never be a concern of a user.

ipv6 to supporting servers is about 20%: https://www.google.com/intl/en/ipv6/statistics.html

Don't use wordpress...

Google is ways worst than Microsoft. At least MS offer business support. Google looks like a broken AI changing its mind every 3 months

Hahaha you made my day, so true
