My two cents:
Ask for a market salary
And add a condition linked to dilution:if he dilutes you by 50% , salary rises by 100% and so on
That way, you garantee yourself a market salary and if the investors come, your salary will increase accordingly if you are diluted.

I've always had the feeling that Angular is the better choice for .Net, since it's TypeScript by default and far more opinionated than React (as well as .net core mvc is an opinionated framework).
How is React superior to Angular in your use cases?
That's a list, not a stat. If you come up with some actual stats to back up the assertion/impression you have, that'll make it more interesting and harder for people to dismiss it as just your (mis)impression.
