it's not about what the other say. They try to judge you in a few minutes, even though a real judge needs months or years. I still figure out a lot of positve aspects of people working with me, as well as negative, after months in the same company.
The truth is that it's all about what you think you can make, not what the other say. Just smile and keep going on your road, always with head up! =)
