I am now making this package a non-profit because I wanted data for chemistry to be open source and free for all.

Hope this data is useful for some.

I'm building open source drug discovery bots to perform drug design tools so everyone can create drugs together.

Using ChatGPT with Neo4j Graph Databases to Generate Queries using simple language to query common Chemicals of Global-Chem, the open source governance for chemicals we use in the world.

Hope to increase awareness and interoperability with this potential mechanism.

I'm teaching and open sourcing as much code as I can per day to teach this field where people design their own drugs or chemicals for their usage. The knowledge here allows people to understand what chemicals they put in their body and what they can do to design new ones or fix our existing ones.

A popular example is synthetic cannabis and understanding what people do to create new cannabinoids that can be dangerous to us.

Enjoy.

I've been moving away from relational to graph databases for chemical data and tomorrow will be giving a talk at Neo4j on doing it.

Would love to find more people doing this type of work or suggestions on things. I'm hoping folk can use my data for machine learning purposes.

I want to spread more knowledge about Cannabis Sativa and Analyzing their data. I hope to teach more folk about the chemicals inside and what we can understand from it.

Cool Chemistry Digital Art that I did some visualizations on last year.

Howdy,

I am teaching a new course that blends organic chemistry and computer science into a field called "Cheminformatics"

The goal of my course is to teach the next generation how to design different molecules to perform different things. How do you design a molecule to capture odor? How do you design a sunscreen that is non-toxic to the environment? How do target a protein with a particular type of drug?

Alternative Jet Fuels with more safer outcomes is needed and it's useful to start predicting new chemical composition systems to produce the same effect as standard military fuels. To begin with this research I recorded the Alternative Fuels and made it queryable. Added to the dictionary.

I've been recording chemicals relevant to different communities for a little while. I finally kind of culminated all my data and indexed it for people to see what chemicals are inside of stuff that we use on a regular day basis. I've been trying to map it out to a common name so everyone can understand too. Albeit though there are a bunch of outliers. Enjoy!
