A prolonged weakened economy doesn't necessarily prevent a country from developing a nuclear weapons program. Take a look at North Korea.

North korea is what scares me, because the path seems exactly similar to iran's one. Half-baked embargo , fear of sending soldier or bombing nuclear infrstructures, followed by half-backed agreements, leading to a country lead by insane dictator with nuclear bombs.

Only north korea had china to protect it, whereas iran has (to my knowledge) nobody wanting to risk anything for it.

And they are untouchable. Lesson for the rest. Whatever you do, by hook or by crook, get a nuclear weapon.

Lack of access to military sites could be a reason this deal fails as the agreement provides stipulation for inspectors to press for military locations although the access is not guaranteed.

"Simply being a badass tennis player while acting like a privileged jerk earns no points in my book."

reminds me of Lleyton Hewitt.

The article makes no mention of the USTA Junior Development program and how it could be enhanced. Nor does it mentioned their effort to court more African American players. Donating to a few colleges (which will likely be the schools with the top 1-50 rankings; take a look, they are the same as in every other NCAA sport) will do very little to scale up young American talent. My two cents: more red clay courts. Young players need to learn how to think and construct a point as opposed to over powering an opponent. Also lower the cost of participation. Maybe Ellison can donate to the USTA which would in turn subsidize the cost of lessons for those who are talented but from an economically disadvantaged background.

I was thinking the same. Ironically, their rivalry with Marley Marl and MC Shan was started with the song "The Bridge" which featured a prominent TR-808.

Here's Marley breaking down how he created the beat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IxUXfhC8TI

My Mom would love the name. Clever.

Agreed. There are too many various electrodes, machines and protocols for the same applications. It would be interesting to see a study that incorporates readings of neurotransmitters, MRI & EEG prior to and post tDCS application over a longer period.

I also think the chief science officer of Thync was avoiding making any medical claims as tDCS is yet to be FDA approved.

It will be particularly interesting to see if Thync tries to get studies from third parties. It looks like tDCS hasn't been solidly proven or disproven, so it will be exciting if this gets more researchers to look into the effectiveness of tDCS.
