I think having and sticking to a routine is far more important than the actual routine.

Night-owl, morning person, who cares? As long as you stick to something.

With that said- I rise at 5am everyday.

Yes, I agree. I love my routine and it makes me happy.

Early riser here, and like some of the night owls here, I also miss out on things. Concerts that go late are hell for me. I’ve adjusted to only seeing the ones I really care about and being fine with not catching the others.

What implications are there to using Google?

Reeeeeeeer

What? There is a thing called time-dilation. They slow the game time down so they can handle it all. You'll be running at 10% of normal speed for large fights and it sucks.

That's the one that did it for me. 7o

Apparently a drop in pressure causes a chain reaction. When pressure drops all the dissolved gases come out of the magma like bubbles in a shaken up soda. This results in a massive increase in volume.

Did you read? He showed the pictures to his sister so the court is reasonable certain that he does know the password. If that's the case then he lied to police which is an offense in itself.

From Wikipedia:

In the criminal procedure context, exigent circumstance means the following: An emergency situation requiring swift action to prevent imminent danger to life or serious damage to property, or to forestall the imminent escape of a suspect, or destruction of evidence.

Seems reasonable to me

An alleged shooting an entire day earlier doesn't seem like much of an emergency.

There's a little more to the story than that. The suspect was in an apartment building surrounded by police, armed and dangerous. He lived in the building but wasn't in his apartment. The police were in the process of searching other apartments when they used the Stingray to locate him.

The argument made by the suspect is that the police should have obtained a warrant first because they had enough time to. There seems to be some merit to this (they had enough time to obtain search warrants for specific apartments) but that's something of a different question.

The story is discussed in detail in the order starting around page 20 here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/3962321-Gov-Uscourts...

> forestall the imminent escape of a suspect, or destruction of evidence.

It seems like they would probably be arguing for this one.

Really ?

Microsoft branding? This is the same thing Magic Leap has been touting, it's an actual term in the industry.

Magic leap is creating glasses which overlay things onto the real world. These are VR headsets - your view is completely blocked.

It's an actual term to decribe an entire spectrum of augmented to virtual reality. It's an incredibly confusing term to brand a product that very clearly falls on a specific part of that spectrum.

People also fling critique at Magic Leap for the same problem, since it is very clearly an AR device.

Wager a guess that they can tell what corner you are on because generally they stomp the throttle coming out of turns. This ended up not working as intended.
