The context is in the article but the title is missing the most important part. We've had BECs since 2008 at Colorado. But they've created a "molecular" BEC, one made from molecules and not "just" atoms.


If the Nobel prize for it was in 2001, it was made before that.


Scientist wins Nobel prize for time travel in 2050, which he would go on to invent in 2060.
